Our Live Fish Holding facilities enable us to
ship Fresh Chilled Groupers regularly. In the morning, we dip
the fish out of the cages.It is processed in the afternoon in
a factory that is EU approved and HACCP certified.The Fish is
delivered at the airport in the evening.
